Connected to Timberline Inn is 2,400 square feet of commercial space. The area is currently divided into 2 areas, one with 1,400 sp. Ft., and the smaller area with 800 sq. ft. The commercial space could continue to provide rental income, or could be converted into a gaming/entertainment/conference area.
